1.Half finished light up test and full finished light up test
2.Aging test each bulbs 2 hours
3. During aging test, check each bulbs in Suitable temperature range
4. High temperature oven for 1% put in the oven for 120℃ test.
5. Integrating sphere for check each order production samples in a suitable lumens and power range.
6.Each order starting produce the first one set will be test
their high beam and low beam.
7. Water proof test for each order first production.
